Draft of Senate Bill 50 available

Senate Bill 50, which applies to the "emergency communications service; relating to fees, charges, collection and distribution" is now available on the Kansas APCO website at http://www.ksapco.net/legislation.html.  Senate Bill 30, also released this week pertains only to "prepaid wireless fees, collection, and distribution".  Remember, Kansas APCO is requesting you or your Governing Bodies write letters to your legislators regarding these bills.
