The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, in conjunction with the Kansas Chapter of APCO, will be hosting a Public Safety Project Management Workshop on April 10, 2013 from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., at the Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview.
Topics of the workshop include Project Governance, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Project Budgets, and Project Implementation.
The workshop is free of charge, however it is limited to 20 participants.
