Update on SB50

The House is currently hearing SB 50 and LKM submitted an amendment to make the bill look more like SB 48 from last year, which got hung up in the Senate last year.

Legislative updates from both the KAC and LKM, as well as a comparison between the 2011 SB50 and the 2010 version of SB48 are included on the KSAPCO website at http://www.ksapco.net/SB50.html.
