Lt. Berneking to retire

A retirement reception for Lt. Martin Berneking, Communications Supervisor with the Kansas Highway Patrol will be held on March 2, 2011, from 1300 to 1500 hours in the Troop C Conference Room, Troop C Headquarters, 2019 E.
